1)Frosting:might taste great on cakes and cookies,but it's packed with problem,it's one of the item in grocery store that still has trans fat which are terrible for your health and waistline can lead to belly fat,heart disease,and diabetes.
2)bagels:thinking of grabbing bagel?think twice,cos it have a massively high glycemic index which increase insulin and leads to inflammation in the body.
3)processed baked goods.
So convenient,so tasty,but so not worth it.those pre-packaged mini muffins,doughnuts and dessert cakes will add tons of calories and load of unwanted sugar for your diet,and they aren't easy to digest.
4)soda:soda should be nixed from your diet completely"one can of soda is like a can of water with 10 packet of sugar in it.
SO STAY AWAY FROM ALL OF THIS TO LAST LONG.
