The US president Barack Hussein Obama has slow down the withdrawal of us troops from Afghanistan,the president have said earlier that US troops in Afghanistan will be reduced this year,but the US president change his mind when the Afghanistan president visited the white house in an effort to make the president to reconsidered his decision,the two later agreed no more withdrawal of troops till the year runs out good news for the Afghanistans,because of the fear of the rise of ISIS in the country.
